Hi, I've got a 3Com Office Connect ISDN Router. I'm trying to set it up. I'm trying to connect via a null modem cable. I do exactly what the recommendations online say to connect to it via telnet/hyperterminal However nothing happens...it doesn't prompt me at all for the password like it says it should The only way I can get any life out of it, is to reset it by holding down the reset button while starting it and releasing the reset button then pressing it once more Once I've done this I get into a menu: 1. Remote Load Code 2. Remote Load Boot 3. Remote Load Data 4. Erase Data 5. Cancel Erase Data resets to factory defaults apparently. which I've done Still I can't connect to the thing by just starting it up. Please help!
