Original story About all I can figure here is that this article is a result of a disconnect between Isreal's preconcieved notion of the threat and the actual evidence of a lack of a threat. In both cases mentioned (Iran and the Palestinians) they seem to be saying "I don't care what the evidence says, they are still trying to get us".
