It's almost upon us - Episode III

im gonna wait till it comes out on dvd with the other 3, im not that big a fan, i just want all 6 together on dvd

 

personally im gonna wait a week or two before going to see it
i'd prefer to wait and see it in a non-packed out cinema, much nicer imo (fecking people )

 

I have not purchased my tickets yet.
The problem is that no theatre here can guarentee a THX theatre, only a show time. So I won't get my tickets until I am at the theater and can pick which screen I want to watch it on.

 

For once, I haven't caved to my fanboy-ish need to see the film on the opening night.

Or in otherwords, I couldn't get tickets as I'd left it too late (I put this down to little nagging voices of doubt in the back of my mind - "Remember Phantom, Clones...")

So I'll be seeing it on Saturday instead.

And those nagging voices? Gone...

 

I'm going on Friday to see it, at 10:45pm. I can't wait.

 

i liked ep 2... bit long but still good.... ep3 seing it in just over 24 hours..

just hope the tickets i ordered are there on the night :S

 

FFS i got OFFERED a ticket for the 12:30 showing tonite but i cant go cause my exam is 9:30 tomorrow morning :'(

Going with Hwu on saturday instead. Not after my exams but itll do as a break on the weekend.

 

My dad could've seen it in Cannes, but he turned it down to go to another party! He must be insane.

 

Its my girlfriends bday tomorrow too, so double joy!!!! (though she said she'd hit me if I took her to see it for her present)

 

lol yeah most girls arent big star wars fans..and if you took her there on her birthday i can't imagine what she'd do.

Luckily I was able to get tickets day before yesterday to the 12:01am showing "tonight". It's always nice to the know the people who own the property the theatre is on.

 

lol, my mates always said shes a bit on the dark side like, she's into the whole gothic thing (vampires, castles, blood red and candles, though doesnt dress like it) but who knows about the film, she may watch it cos she fancies Ewan Mc.

Dunno if i'll risk my nuts though just incase. I'll send her to her mams for her presents and i'll slip off of a few hour to find that special present **cough cough **

 

I don't think im going to opening night... we live in a fairly small town, but all 5 people are camped out at the theater allready...

 

I know people going at 12:01... I wish I was as lucky!

 

I just went down to the theatre to harass my friends who have been waiting since noon (it's about 9 now). With any luck I can get a ticket for the 1pm show tomorrow as I'm home from school by then, and I couldn't imagine 1pm on a thursday being that busy, even if it IS star wars.

 

it may be 1pm, but as you said... Its STAR WARS! The end to the 6. Today is the end to an epic story that millions have been waiting for an end to for like 25 years! I cant imagine it not being packed all day today.

BTW, i'm so jealous, some people know how it ends now, and i don't damn 7.30pm showing
