Windows iTunes issue

    I get this

    any ideas why?
    iTunes 7 wont start, just does error report then that i have clicked all 3 options in error report.

    iTunes7 has had all sorts of problems in the Windows release. TBH, I think your best bet is to move back to 6.0.5 until a fixed version (7.0.1 presumably) is released. If you want to do that and need the installer, PM me. I can't find anything regarding that error in the Apple Discussion area, where it's been quite busy since Tuesday with a few problems a few hundred times over.

    Does it need .NET framework? I seem to remember that particular error message may be related to .net. I might be wrong though.

    YGPM Firehed, and it doesnt need NET because i have that and its updated, besides, itunes using microsoft??? no way.

    Nah, it wouldn't be a .NET thing, Apple would never do that. I'm inclined to think there's some missing dll file or something of that nature, but I couldn't say for sure. All I really know is that the installer had some severe issues.
