Those of you who can buy from Newegg may be excited to know that as of this second, the things are on sale. You will have to type 3570k into the search field to find it as it doesn't look like they have the rest of their site updated to find it through the guided or advanced searches.

    Just bought a 3570k and a Crucial M4 128GB SSD. :thumb:

The 680 will have to wait. :)

Nice, I'll be getting a 3770k in the summer once I'm sure I have a summer job

I'll be frantically selling some old hardware and maybe my PS3 on Ebay to help cover the expenses

Ah, good, just in time for our rendering machines. The prototype I just finished will be stuck with a "lowly" 2600k at 4.7ghz, though.

EDIT: The limit of one per customer might put a damper on me ordering 7, though. Looks like I gotta wait until they're on TigerDirect.com.

Also: Tigerdirect has the 3770s for $320, if anyone is interested. 65w tdp for a quad core hyperthreading CPU, not bad at all.

I can't seem to find them on Tiger Direct anymore. Maybe they cleared out their stock.
