I would appear that Florence Cohen purchased this game for her grandson, who is 14. Based on the old rating (mature), he was three years too young to play the game. Now, he is four years too young to play the game. Furthermore, she did not know what the game was rated when she bought it. How ignorant can you be? A game titled "Grand Theft Auto" has pictures of gang members performing a drive-by on it, and a large "M" in the corner. Anyways, she took the game away from her son soon after getting home. Apparantly right when she got home, she noticed the rating. This means that the kid probably had less than a day to play it. Do you think that the boy would have installed the illict mod in less than a day, just to look at pixelated porn? The case seems frivilous based on the surroundings, too. How can she sue Rockstar for "false, misleading and deceptive practices" when she was ignorant when purchasing the game?
