Alright, here's the deal: My computer is getting sucky WiFi coverage.

I've overclocked & doubled the signal output of my router (Linksys WRT54G) but my signal still hovers around Poor and the likes. So, is there a way to utilize these things and make a repeater?: I also have an extra PSU, some USB cables, and 2 extra WiFi network cards (USB). One spare is a Netgear, the other is a D-Link. I also have a Linksys, but I use it in my computer, so I'd rather use the other 2.

    Thanks in advance!

Oh! Another idea  . I have a lot of Ethernet cable, and I can't run it upstairs, but in the basement I could snake it behind various washer/dryers/cabinets. I do happen to have an extra PCI ethernet card (I RMAed my Mobo and the one they shipped back had onboard ethernet.)

Google. There was this thing on how to modify the Linux OS of it by entering thing into the ping window...Here's the thread over at ShortMedia Forums. You don't need that firmware, read thru the thread before you do anything..
