Maybe he should count his lucky stars.... The case collapsed due to lack of evidence - as an awful lot of sexually related cases do unfortunately. I am afraid that I dont believe he is innocent... Where there is smoke there is quite often fire - and there has been an awful lot of smoke over this whole matter.
Maybe a better practice would be not to publish the accused name, innocent untill proven guilty and all that.
Totally agreed Unfortunately a certain channel 5 morning show as well as a London local newspaper decided that they would blatently ignore this persons rights (sex pest or not) and publish these details. The media seem to be a law unto themselves these days...
Totaly, although this case was a bit differnt, the accuser went straight to Max Cliford, rather than the police* Remembering of course, Max Cliford isnt even a journolist, he's a damn publisist... *iirc
