i ordered a 17" Hansol 710D monitor from jungle.com (they had the best price) on 31st December. Theyve been sitting around on their arses for 3 days now, "picking" my order as they put it on their order tracking system, and estimate the dispatch time as 7/1/02 (next monday ffs!!) the stock status for the hansol 710Ds is "imminent" if theyre gonna be as lazy as this, then theyre never getting any of my cash again bastages
sux0r on a side note internet cameras direct have got a good sign from me, i ordered my cam over the xmas period, about the 26th and i expected a delay due to new year and the backlog from xmas. So i was told the 2nd janruary for delivery. But they phoned up on the 31st to say it would be the 3rd of jan due to delivery companies not working new years day and would i like to continue the order. I thought that was good, most places wouldn't bother informing you. But nobody play cs with RTT when he get's his monitor and cable installed, you won't stand a chance.
lol RTT, what that means is not that they are pickin your order, nono, that is a lie. What it realy means is they are out pickin flowers in the woods
the exact same thing happened to me with my hansol, o ordered two items at the same time one arrives after two days and the hansol didnt arrive for five!!!!!
kustom pc's - 31st dec ordered a lian li mmmmmmmm how long would you think? + a cathode from somewhere else (place you get laserbays for £22?) How long shall i be prepared to wait?
I ordered myself a full modding suite: rounded cables neon kit YStech 120mm fan grills and stuff from theoverclockingstore.co.uk on 27th december... still waiting and they havent even taken the money out of my bank yet, pretty filthy service
Give it a while more m8, cases are big basters and its not exactly been long - any longer than a week usually suggests a problem IMHO. I had that too once - they were out of stock of these poxy PCMods handles (absolute travisty BTW - about 5cm long FFS !!!), delayed my whole order for a week or two. Eventually it did arrive but the fact that the held the whole order back far from impressed me ..........
OCS are always good for me ordered some stuff on 24th dec and came on the 27th and their free delivery has always come next day for me
Reading my above post it is maybe a bit harsh, thats the only time I've bought from them and its not arrived within 48 hours - think its maybe the fact that 2x30gig HDDs were held back while they waited for the handles to come in that got me......... In all honesty I think OCS have actually given consistently the best service on average, the others could take a lesson, oh, and they actually speak to you opn the phone !!!
got an email saying my order has been dispatched with a citylink job number BUT it dossnt see my order
Tekheads have always been good for me, as have Overclock....as for Dabs, they are an absolute disgrace if you want to RMA anything
Wow Rich, i bought my 710D from Jungle too and i ordered on the 21st and it came Sunday the 23rd!!!! i just recon u r very unlucky m8.
No Jungle sucks. I order some software and a usb bus from them. After two months the software arived. After three months I got the usb bus from maplins and cancelled my order. Never again.
OCS havent even e-mailed me saying anything's out of stock, just got an e-mail confirming the order. Might ring them up tomorrow.
I've had that before - the email system often sends out the wrong tracking number. Check the web site and see if it gives you a different number.....
