Hey, I have a car spoiler in my room, and i bought a cheap keyless entry system to get it to turn on and off, and blink. So I hooked an old cell phone charger to power it, and I have it working exactly how I want. However when I turn on panic mode it makes a blinker sound. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on if i could disable this sound. The unit makes a beeping sound when you are configuring it, however this is a different sound than the "blinker" sound
Blinker sound? are you refering to the ticking sound you get when you indicate? is so that's a relay clicking.. replace it for a solid state... or remove the relay, but without the diagram I can't tell you what will happen in either case.
yeah, its the same sound when you put on your car blinker.. hmm.. I think i'm just going to live with the sound replacing the relay sounds complex edit- well, just curious, could you recommend a solid state relay (if you don't have enough information on this circut, just tell me one you "think" might work
It's not as complex as it sounds, I would guess it's quite simple. Try and find us a circuit diagram.
