I just received my KGU126X64F-K612A4 VFD today in the mail. I have followed the quick start guide, yet i still cant get anything to come out of the display. I set the com speed to 9600 and its on com1. I did the unlock eeprom and send that text line to as in the quick start guide. Yet if i start the display nothing shows. I am running the example64.cf prepared by bit-tech. I reset the device thinking i screwed it up and noticed it did say the factory screen defaults. Yet still i cant get LCDC to display anything to it? Is this software side? possibly a bad com port on my pc? how would i check that?
