    I have a set of Klipsch Promedia 5.1 hooked into my Audigy Gamer. I was wondering if I could replace the default wire with 22-gauge Speaker Wire that I got from Radio Shack?

    I'm pretty sure you can..and congrats..I have that set too..major kick arse speakers.

    How would I replace the speaker wires? I know how to connect and disconnect the wires, but do I have to do anything like splicing or cutting on the new speaker wires?

    uh..well..it's a wire..that's about all I can tell you..haha..I mean..setting up speakers isn't exactly rocket science.
