    Tis reassuring that they have not abandoned the PC platform and just skipped RDR (which is a shame, but does not look like we will see it any time soon).

    Red Dead Redemption was horrendously dull after a few hours, I wouldn't pander too much for a PC release. It remains the only XBox game I've ever bought and not completed. More than that, I have absolutey no desire to go back and finish it.

    Love how many people want RDR - from what friends and colleagues have said about LA Noire, I think I'll pass. Would much rather RDR.

    I thought RDR was already on the PC......the wiki also states its available on the PC.....

    What am I missing???

    The fact its not on the PC. Either you read the Wiki wrong, or its wrong - its not on the PC (yet). :lol:

    At this rate, it doesn't look like it will ever be.

    lets hope its not as much of a hog as GTA IV, and that read dead will too eventually appear on the fabled pc (lol)

    Yeah RDR gets boring very quickly, fairly one dimensional game to be honest (not as good as GTA)

    I spent one paragraph on the issues with it coming from consoles, and three paragraphs describing the issues with the game, regardless of platform. Then I spent one paragraph saying all I want is a brand new IP out of Rockstar that isn't GTA in a different setting. That's 4-1, game issues to console issues.

    If that sounded like a "consoles are ruining PC gaming" rant, then you clearly didn't read much of it. Even the part I mention it being a port, I only say that this game is likely to be a bad one, not that it is ruining gaming all together.

    Won't buy it... I don't like beeing put aside for a whole year. Just like they did with GTA IV.

    Games should be launched at the same time...

    OK maybe it will be - if they don't f**k up the port. Will definitely check out the PC reviews before purchase :)
