Peripherals Lacie d2 drive footprint/size?

I recently got a new desk but have somewhat restrictive measurements to move my things around on - can anyone tell me what the actual width of an Lacie d2 quadra external drives??

I see on their site its 44mm, but does that include the foot or not?

 

60 x 168 x 183 mm / 2.3 x 6.6 x 7.2 in.

On that is says 1.7 x 6.3 x 6.8 in. / 44 x 160 x 173 mm - but is that with or without the foot (because the foot is able to be unmounted)?

 

I would imagine, unless otherwise stated, it's with the foot.
