Here is my 1/10th scale Lamborghini Murcielago PC. I decided to build a pc in a 1/10th scale Lamborghini Murcielago body. I airbrushed the shell a custom mixed color changing hue(it changes from a subtle blue to purple). The body has a custom pearl silver racing stripe on each side and the wing is even painted a correct 1/10th scale "carbon fiber" look. I used a piece of diamond pattern chrome plated aluminum for the base and chrome HPI racing rims. Spacers lift the Via Epia M9000 motherboard high enough to fit the laptop harddrive PSU and slimline DVD-Rom drive under it. I used extensions to run the mouse,keyboard and monitor hook-ups to the back of car. I use a ATI remote wonder to control the mouse. So its mainy run by wireless remote. My Lamborghini Pc has been featured in a few Magazines. PC Extreme (issue 5)and Atomic PC magazine featured Hotbox. More specs and pics below. I saw this in Atomic a couple of months ago... congrats... I'd love to build one... where did you get the shell from, I've been unable to find one (although, I haven't been looking very hard)... I'd love to either do the Murcielago or a Lotus Elise.

Very nice motor, err I mean PC. Anyway slight thread steal, my next case I want to spray two tone colour (which is what I think your car is). Any chance you could tell me how much it costs (and whether its easy to do)?

Nice , I enjoyed doing my ford focus version of this but it was in a smaller shell to the one you used I think (190mm)
200mm My Lamborghini body is (200mm) So only a tiny big bigger,but the focus are bigger in height. Here are the shell specs. Length: 17" (432mm) Width: 7-7/8" (200mm) at front wheels Width: 8-1/8" (206mm) at rear wheels Height: 4" (102mm) at highest point (without rear wing) Wheelbase: 7.8" (200mm)
Re: 200mm That makes sense, I just remember seeing the pics of yours a while back and there seemed a lot more space down the side of the mobo on yours Love the paint work on yours wish I had access to a proper paint sprayer
