    Faceplate done and painted. This is not the final versio of the insert, was in a hurry when finishing the faceplate and couldn't perfect the fanholes (you can see the insert behind the mesh.

    First lans for that machine will be Assembly Summer 2012 next week :D

    There we go.

    Had to change 60mm fans and noctua fan to beefier ones due overheating.
    Now i'm at 72c cpu and 70c gpu maxes with LinX (2h), Furmark (1h 30min) and 10 runs of 3DM2006 in loop.

    hi, nice build! :thumb:
    I see your 4 fans pushing fresh air in the case, but were warm air is extracted?? I think your heat problem comes from warm air exhaust. See on my post for the VGA shell (enclosure), i had the same problem..
    Good luck. :thumb: and :dremel: some holes :lol:

    The PSU fan is an exhaust.

    I do agree with you that he needs more ventilation holes.

    The PSU fan is not enough and it warm up more the PSU... Not quiet good for PSU components...

    The warm air is exhausted through the psu.
    I use fans that's rpm is over 4k to keep the system cool enough. Not quiet but gets it's job done and you won't hear it at lan parties where background noise is around 80dB anyways =P
