what type of laptop should i get? it will be used mostly for school work. but with the occasional playing of games. like Civ4 or C&C Generals. i am trying to stay as much under $1000 US Dollars as possible. i like the Eee PC 1000H. would this netbook be able to run both those games? lxrysprtmscl.
I do believe that the Eee would be able to play both of those games, the only thing I would worry about would be the graphics card (or lack thereof). Civ 4 requires a 64mb graphics card and C&C requires a 32mb. So I guess I proved myself wrong. Both of those games should work fine at stock based on the required system specs. But I'd recommend upgrading to 2 gigs of RAM just to make it easier.
