The Mionix Naos 3200 is a pretty big mouse I do have one kicking around somewhere if you would like a comparrision shot against say a Logitech MX518. It has an intermittent fault so tend not to use it. But one of the best mice I have owned.
I have got big spanners and the Func MS-3 works very well for me. http://www.func.net/en/products/ms-3-revision-2/
As a shovel-handed man, I can attest to the G500s being a good mouse for big hands. I really rate mine!
should have mentioned I want it wireless... never had success with corded mice. I don't do gaming. I DJ and produce. having gone through what there is available to buy, there isnt a lot of large mice that are wireless. I might get away using a corded mouse, if I have one of them cable grips on the back edge of my keyboard shelf.
having gone in Currys PC World, and chat with one of the guys there. suggested a mouse that they don't sell. Gigabyte M7 It looks like i might have to get a gaming mouse. as for the controls. only if they can be assigned to non gamimg functions. possibly in Ableton Live (music production software) The G500s isn't to be found for sale anymore, G502 and other models are
Logitech button configurations. You can use defaults displayed or your own. http://prntscr.com/6zmbyx http://prntscr.com/6zmcqb http://prntscr.com/6zmcz5
large handed sufferer here, for work i use a Logitech M705, 44notes from next door John Lewis but its been great, single AA lasts for ages too. at home i have the G600 MMO from Logitech and thats huge too. and the buttons change colour, if thats yer thing!
Another big handed user popping in. This suggestion is firmly in the "gamer" camp unfortunately, but thus far I'm absolutely loving the Corsair M65 RGB. I used to have a Razer Naga epic, but aside from shoddy build quality, it had a fatal design flaw. The side of the Naga hung over the base of the mouse, which meant my pinkie would drag on the mouse mat. Not such an issue outside of gaming, but it was annoying. The M65 so far feels big, which is a huge bonus for me, very comfortable too. It may be too far in the gamer camp for your preferences mind. I won this one so the price wasn't a concern, but they're not cheap either, certainly up there with the bigger boys from other manufacturers. I do think it's very comfortable though I must admit. You can switch off the lighting using the corsair software.
well I just bought a Logitech M705 my conclusion is that it is too small. my wrist ends up resting on the mousepaed and when moving the mouse down (m705), my wrist is stopping movement comparison photos (left is my MX610 and right is the M705): https://www.dropbox.com/sh/j2u20ch3zctxm12/AAAhXQgr5ml1Vt7rbGsS3s80a?dl=0
Ah, I hadn't factored that into my suggestion, ignore it in that case. I've just got so used to having by wrist on the mousepad that I'd forgotten that not everybody else does that. Big hands very much favours the claw grip style.
People don't rest their wrist on the mousepad??? That sounds very tiring / uncomfortable... My wrist is an anchor and I just use my fingers / hand and small deviations in my wrist to move the mouse. (Google said that is the correct term.)
