    same here i have that prob i was just gong to post a message saying i is not pink (you lot are colour blind) or perple then it loaded

    i believe the laser work was about $60 and $85 for the purple anodizing (i think)

    btw, this case isnt mine, but a buddy of mine that used to work at OCIA

    the anodizing was done by Faraday-Cases, but they have gone out of business.

    if im not mistaken, i believe www.sotrickcomputers.com will anodize as well.

    the case is mine btw :D

    as far as the colors, go there is a reason its purple.

    one, it looks sweet ;)

    two the image that is etched on the side is the logo for the "Virtual Adepts", a group of computer nerdish magi from the Mage The Ascension role playing game (check out www.white-wolf.com for more on that). The "game colors" if you will are purple and black (all the books have purple covers) and so it fit with the "Mage" theme to get the purple annodizing with the etch.
