I just completed Super Hexagon. I searched through the thread - looks like Pliqu is the only other person on this thread to have completed it. Wow that is a hard game. A while ago I finished (but didn't fully complete) VVVVVV, another epic game from Terry Cavanagh.
Just finished the latest Tomb Raider that I got on the steam xmas sale. The new 280x did it real justice. Loved it, beautiful to look at, good mechanics. Melee combat was a bit clunky, but overall a great game. Recommended.
complete games? me? HA. i start games get half way through then start another one or two... XD but erm i guess Terraria I defeated all hardmode bosses and for the Terra sword so i guess thats more or less completion
Just got around to finishing the main story on Batman, now I can go and collect everything like I must do with some games, that'll be another 12 hours I reckon
Currently chipping away at AC: Black flag while not playing DayZ. I never liked AC but this one i do like.
Completed the main story on Tomb Raider, 86% complete overall. May go back and try to get everything at some point but think I'll move onto something else for now. Started Trine yesterday, and am thinking of giving Mass Effect another go.
Kentucky Route Zero: Act 1. Wow. One of the most immersive experiences I've had in a long time. The writing and atmosphere are spot-on. I can't find the words to express just how absolutely brilliant this game is. Wow. I want to start Act 2 but I just know that, if it's even half as good as Act 1, at the end I'll want to play Act 3 immediately, so maybe I'll wait.
Broken Age. Without doubt one of the most beautiful games in existence. I like the soundtrack too. If you only like adventure games because of difficult puzzles, then this is definitely not the game for you, but if you just want a fun adventure game with great characters and occasionally very funny dialogue, then this would be perfect. Can't wait for part 2 (if any of you soulless creatures still hasn't given any monies to DoubleFine, now is the time to rectify that horrible sin!).
I finished Sleeping Dogs, not 100% complete. Think I will play again from the start and do everything before the story ends, like how you are dropped back into the game and pretty much do what you like. With police missions still to finish etc Really did enjoy the game, far more than GTA4 in fact.
Duke Nukem: Forever. Absolute drivel but still fun in it's own way. Played the DLC also The Doctor that cloned me and again silly but a bit of fun if you want to waste a bit of time cheaply. Obviously the game was a major disappointment to DK fans but for 3 quid it was worth a play through.
I completed Gunpoint not too long ago with all achievements. Really like that game even though it's kind of short.
That would be Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Quite disappointing really, it was fun but the story towards the end was very weak and the conclusion was poorly executed. Oh, I also finished MGR: Revengeance, amazing game! So fun, and the soundtrack is absolutely amazing also. RULES OF NATURE! -- Let's DANCE!
Max Payne 3 - Immense soundtrack, gameplay and narrative. The story wasn't the most original but the way max tells it is brilliant. This should be the minimum standard in games. Not perfect but bloody enjoyable!
