A pair of 350 Amp starter cables for the car. They are rated for up to 5.5 liter petrol and 3.0 liter diesel engines, so the measly 1.6 Diesel in my car shouldn't be a problem if it comes to that.

They set me back 50£ though - damn service station prices :-/

Windows 8 x64 Pro upgrade for my Dad for Xmas. He won't like it, but he's got to get upgraded from XP at some point...

If all else fails I can use it myself. :)

Impulse buy at my local airsoft store. Apparently WE stuff has got better in recent years, so I figured I'd give them a second chance. Can't be as bad as my WE 1911, or KJW G23.

    Right?

Wet and dry shaver for my brother, Cath Kidston bag for my middle sister, Microsoft points for my nephew, bear grylls multitool for my sisters partner (father of said nephew), triple set of dect cordless phones for my grandad, dremel 3000 + accessories for my dad, perfume and beads for a pandora bracelet for my mum, string bracelets with silver daisies on for my youngest sister - horrible disgusting fake diamond eternity ring for my wife (joke present that everyone else is in on before I give her her real pressie)

Few bits and bats to get such as decent single malt whiskey for the father in law, wrapping paper and that stuff but essentially Xmas shopping is done :D

Mostly from the comfort of my bed/sofa - I love internet shopping :thumb:

I did the exact same thing. Well, kinda. I ordered online about three quarters of my christmas gifts in an hour and a half :hehe:

I'll have to do the rest when I get back home just a few days before christmas, though :grr:

Had a mulled wine party last night - Guests brought a bottle of red each and we mulled it up. Was good fun and our flat is really open and meant for big parties.

    So:
    - Few bottles of Chianti
    - Cointreau
    - Cloves
    - Cinammon
    - Oranges
    - Lemons
    - Ginger

    Mmmmmmm.

    A nice 2 bed terrace!

Moved in on Friday so spent the last few days buying plumbing whatnots, washing machine and decorating gubbins.

Of course the broadband is already on order :)

It should certainly be better than the 1911, but I rather like the KJW/KSC blocks. When people say WE's stuff has improved, they mean incrementally - so each successive series is better than the last. The M&P (the newest one) is supposed to be good - I rather like the look of the XDM myself. Went to Red1 today, got shot in the hand a lot and had my not-fully-charged LiPos die on me...

    -Some beers
    -Some xMas shopping

Other than that, I got gifted:
1 Chivas Regal 12 year gift pack, including glasses
1 12 Year Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
1 Bottle of Olmeca Chocolate and Chili (note: that stuff is DELICIOUS. Also - you get quite wasted on it)
What felt like a million shots of Black Widow (some chocolate infusion vodka stuff), some Tequila and some Jägermeister from a random (but pretty enough) polish chick that was hanging out with friends...

    Lessons:
    - Chocolate infusion drinks are the devil
    - Polish chicks are the devil
    - Certain friends are the devil
    - All of the above make for one WICKED party with nasty repercussions the next day. ;)
