Pre-order on a iPhone 6 Plus. Yeah the big bugger.

Doubt it'll replace my 5S as an actual phone, but I wanted it as a test device and I think at home it'll be my go-to device.

This test my iOS device count up to ten... not sure if that deserves a :) or a :(

Bought a Samsung U28D590DS 28" Ultra HD monitor @Argos ( using those vouchers from work and nectar points I acquired ) and have been loving it!.. Apart from the slight ghosting, colour shifting on the horizontal viewing angles, non-functional stand, and no vesa support, I must say it's a very nice monitor even for a TN panel!.. Hope this last me for many years to come!..

    2pence done!.. :thumb:

How did you source it? I bought a replacement for my Galaxy Note and although it appears identical the antenna is not as good, so I'd like to try and get a genuine replacement part, if they exist...

Bought a second hand av-cabinet-whatever from a friend of mine. Things are getting too white for my liking

Nice. You should add some colours or something to take away the whiteness...

Yeah my thoughts exactly. The speakers are going to change as soon as I get those sold. I also plan on covering the cabinet-whatever with some nice dark wood and make a new PC-desk of the same material. That should sort it out nicely.

Waiting to pick up my old Sunnies with new lenses in them.
also bought 2 sets of spare nose pads and ear socks for them from the African Oakley distributor (after every LOCAL distributor wanted me to buy new glasses instead).

    Zero Tolerance 0301:

Been after the 302 for a while (same knife with light brown handle scale) but after trawling through all the forums and shops I can't get hold of one for anything other than a price which was just plain insulting as they are no longer made. People were wanting upwards of £400 for the whole knife and even £200+ for just the brown scale (it's just a slab of milled G10, nothing exotic) so instead I have gone for the 301 which, although still expensive (£229 - I could have gotten it a little cheaper but postage would have pushed it over that and importing one may have caused the taxes and the like to make it the same price if not more).

What do you need a £229 knife for?

If it was a chefs knife I would understand as it's used daily but this confuses me. Is it collectable or for fishing/hiking etc?

(Not meant as an attack, I was wondering what you used it for)
