Just a little something to hang over the mantelpiece. No doubt a talking point when the mother in law visits...

Nice looking keyboard true_gamer. Much prefer the all black to the older ones that were just brushed aluminum.

I was having a meeting at work and someone had nabbed the TV we usually use for presentations. Someone went and grabbed a small, portable projector which was surprisingly good - which set me off looking for one. I didn't realise they made 'pico' versions though and as soon as I saw it I had to have it.

    Specs:

    1/4 HD resolution (960x540)

    • Can project up to 50" in a sufficiently dark room (67" possible in total darkness, say a hotel room!)
    • 100 min battery life, which can also double as a smartphone charger
    • Can take MicroSD to view media by itself (even has a small speaker)
    • 20,000 hour LED life (12 Lumen)

Should be with me by Easter.

Not really the latest purchase, but finally rigged the damn thing together to see if there are any leaks.

Next up: clock the shenanigans out of all S775-processors I still happen to own.

Dad told me he was going out to buy a cheap run around which we could both share because for the 2nd time his volvo engine blew up due to him not putting oil in the car...

comes back with this... 27k Miles, £3500... since when did cars get so cheap!

Explain to your old man that £40 for some Castrol GTX once a year works out a bit cheaper than £3,500 every few years.
