    It's summer training time!

Nike Impossibly Light running jacket in dove grey/daring red. I already have one of these in black, but my training bottoms are also black and if you go running in the evening wearing black on black you’re gonna have a bad time:

    Nike Pro Hypercool Compression shorts:

Couple more pairs of Nike Elite Cushioned Crew Running socks, again in a different colour this time:

Pre-order of a Silver Cross Jawbone UP3. An upgrade from my current UP24:

Just brought a 750GB SSD version of this:

Its an encrypted FRID external hard drive. I don't actually know what I'm going to use it for, but I figure the 750GB SSD inside it, has got to be worth £110.

Those compression pants look a bit severe.

Big fan of Orange Amps since i got my hands on a Micro Terror almost a year ago.
While the MT is not a high-gain-special (let's just say that it would have a hard time competing with a Jim Root or a Rockerverb 100 - both of which I really want, being a metal guitarist), it sounds AMAZING through anything with 12" speakers.

I actually run my own guitar recording signal through this before it hits my input devicce, just to colour the signal a wee it.

Nowhere near as severe as a nasty heat rash on your inner thighs! :worried:

Nasty rash on inner thighs that brings back memories except it was not a nasty rash but lacerated upper thighs after a 30 mile hike across Dartmoor in 7 hours in the summer as part of my training to become a Royal Marine, what a mess. I doubt shorts/pants such of these existed then

I ended up with it the last time I ran 15k in blistering sunshine wearing black training bottoms, at the start of June. I took about 3 days to recover from it and that was treating and dressing it a couple of times per day. Never again! :/

I am talking some 40 odd years ago. Things were very different then.

A giffgaff SIM & goodybag, because this turned into EE cancelling my account without any right of appeal or recourse because "Credit Card Fraud" :wallbash:
Better off without them, from what I've read since.

Just bought a GTX 980 and about to buy a new 24" monitor. Regretting it.

    Only a 24" with a 980 seems a waste?

Really? I didn't really like the idea of going over 1080p so I felt like 24" would be the sweet spot. Was planning on ordering the AOC G2460PG later today, unless you have any other suggestions with the same budget?

Was gonna nab a speedlight from the forum marketplace but somebody beat me to it. Found one on ebay with the same guide number (58) and bought that instead. Looking forward to some studio shots with two lights.

You can get 24" displays that are either 1080p or 1200p. Have a look at nrgit.biz for 24" Dell refurbs. NRG have a good rep on the forums, and Dell have a good rep regarding monitors.
