Damn right there. My current tablet is an Intuos 3 which I got on ebay for about £85 and it's still going strong. I just figured I should stay up to date with hardware especially after upgrading my display.

I upgraded my monitor to a 25 inches 1440p, haven't given the Intuos 2 a try with it though.

An early present to myself - just have to wait until Christmas when I make the annual trip to the folks to build it - my father likes to act disappointed that his middle-aged son still buys Lego, then plays with it when I've built it :D.

^Awesome. I toyed with the idea of getting this but have put it on hold for now because I have no time for Lego at the moment... there are a few models I purchased towards the end of August which will have to wait until Christmas.

In other news, I just bagged a Corsair K65 on ebay for £50. As much as I love my V60, the lack of certain keys is just too much and I need a TKL board for better productivity.

Splashed out on a Gen8 Microserver. Now to find it more RAM, a SSD and some WD Reds to fill it with, oh, and a Xeon Processor to give it moar umph...

Actually £147 is pretty good value for this set. It has 2,793 pieces so that averages out at just over 5 pence per piece, which is very good for a Lego set of this kind. Also, there are some very specialized elements in this set, like the pneumatics which could fetch £5-10 each on the second hand market (yes, really), and the motor is another easy £10. Crazy stuff.

TKL is the sweet spot for my keyboard needs too. I tried a smaller board - a KBT Race, which is lovely, but the disparity between the layout and that of the full size board at the office was too much. I use a TKL at home with a Goldtouch numpad when I need it - perfect.

Crikey, what are you serving that requires a Xeon?

A new CoolerMaster v1000 psu I got last week and my samsung 850 evo mSATA ssd that I got today.

I havent been impressed with my ocz ssd and I am watching its life % drop quite a bit recently, saw the mSATA at a great price and thought why not!

Also picked up a starter kit to do some hydro dipping, engine crane and stand for my now removed engine. Also got a razer naga 2014 and razer chroma Kb. Been an expensive month! :D

I'll probably just stick to 8GB, My current server does fine with 8GB, but it does have a hex core Phenom 2. Will prob just stick to a 120GB SSD with Windows 7/8 rather than install Home Server again.

Just placed an order for my first lego set in years:

Had some new desk parts delivered from Ikea today so I now have a nice new clean desk with plenty of room for when I upgrade to a nice widescreen monitor.

Next up is to replace my old chair as it's starting to fall apart, its served me a good 6 years.

Also picked up two sets of Netgear AV1200 powerline adapters to redo some of the networking in my house as the pathetic wireless speed that the PS4 has was starting to aggravate me.
