Why? It's common knowledge that you're a long admirer of sabres, isn't it? :naughty:

Yeah - always wanted a single cut LP type guitar. When this coincidentally showed up at a store locally, I was smitten by it (in spite of the idiots doing 0 setup on it). I may have told the wife about it (and mentioned that the only reason I didn't buy it then and there was that I am building an "on-paper-perfect" guitar with my dad right now - his xmas presy to me)... next thing I know "oh look"..>
It's a GREAT instrument, even compared to some higher end instruments that cost a lot more.
PRS SE was historically a bit "meh" to me, but this, as well as the Holcomb singature are AMAZING.

Got a couple of Neewer LED lights:

... in case an application to do a night shoot in the near future is approved. They've got a very slight green tint, correctable in post, but I'm hoping I get decent results with a couple of them around an aircraft Haven't really mucked about with off-camera lights, and I fancy my chances better with continuous lighting over strobes at short notice. Will have a crack at this with a car at my grandma's farm before heading out to make sure I can get what I'm after.

At £40-odd a pop, they're not staggeringly expensive, so if it doesn't work out, no big deal.

A Korg electronic drum kit (starter set) that someone was selling cheaply on Facebook (Tay has been taking drumming lessons in school, and since it's his birthday next month...)

That looks lovely. However I have gone right off LEDs now. Can you switch them off?
