I suppose you could argue that the bird clearly wanted to be taken as it allowed itself to hit the car at that exact spot effectively trapping itself. I say peel it and cook it.

A new shed, bigger than the old un, so with luck I can fully evict the wife from the garage.

Fine looking shed, does seem a bit harsh making your Mrs live in the garage in the first place...:p:

The workshop area created in the garage when I gave it a huge tidy a few years ago was almost immediately taken away by having to install a rabbit hutch for a much wanted (for a while...) pet for the kids. Guess what? It's Dad's baby now and he's just turned 6.

Let's not forget that the bird technically committed suicide by flying TOWARDS the massive moving metal object instead of away from it. Does that change it even further? Would you be allowed to eat a bird that WANTED to die? Of course it doesn't care about seasons. Much to be considered therein.

This is why lawyers get paid the big bucks.

Speaking of which, I think we need an expert...

Lost too much in a recent move, kind of broke my spirit, ya know?

But a few friends recently pitched in and got me a bunch of LPs so I'm kind of obligated to re-start now. Looking for a decent TT/receiver combination that doesn't break the bank.

I'm not an expert but, if a third party removes the bird from the bumper they would have obtained the bird legally. The third party can then give you the bird and you can go and cook it. I don't think there is anything in law that says you cannot eat a gift that was obtained legally by the giver.

My old one from 2005 is now more hole than actual coat, and this was half price, so why not.

Now a year of looking like a towny until it wears in.

Purchased within around 20 seconds of finding out Wipeout had a VR patch recently.

I figure it would just be easier to put plastic sheets over the sofa, floor, walls, ceiling, family, etc.

I've seen footage of Wipeout VR, and the default seems to be retconning how the vehicles work so that the pilot - i.e. you - is always more-or-less flat, and the vehicle rotates around you to follow the track. Much less immersive, but also much less likely to result in the living room getting a second-hand biryani redecoration.

Classic piece. I occasionally wear Laura's Beadnell. No shame.
