Giant UPS as we've been having crazy weather that keeps knocking out power, and I don't think my fileserver much cares for it. $200 but if it stops data loss from all these unsafe shutdowns, it'll be well worth it. And as a bonus, I get internet when the power's out.

Damn, that's the first time I developed anything from my digital camera. Well, that's 2008 up to present date taken care of.
It will be a while before I sit down to do this again, it's fun but tedious.

 

Its gonna be a community tank, and as you correctly surmised I'm going to get tropicals, so I'll start with neon tetra's, then a few panda cory's, and maybe a fighter - seen a beauty of a fighter in the pet shop! Deep blue, blacky purple tail, and a shock of red down the side. So he'll be last but one, and I'm gonna try and get a chocolate zebra plec.

And we may get a cichlid / cardinal tetra tank going as well - we've got enough going spare! Lol

Fighters are lovely, just watch out if you have large(ish) aggressive fish about, they can get a bit nippy on a fighter's fins. They're only interesting in fighting each other.

I love zebra plecs, in fact almost any plecs. Another one of my favourites (and the typical favourite) is the classic angel fish, wonderful beasts.
