    Harder & Steenbeck Colani Airbrush.

My first thought was, "why does it have to look so weird"... then I held it, and it makes perfect sense. Beautiful design. Nozzles and needles from 0.2mm right up to 1.2mm. Literally a do anything airbrush. I was a die hard Iwata fan until I used this.

I have recently been looking at getting a new airbrush, I've only got the cheap tat that came with the compressor as I've not been at it for long. This is one that came up in my looking about and I thought what the heck is that supposed to be and dismissed it.
I'm assuming by your last statement that you find it works quite well. If so, I may have to throw it back into the ring for consideration.

I previously used Iwata airbrushes, both the traditional type (press down for air - pull back for paint) and trigger double action types like the Neo TR2 by Iwata. This is like a hybrid of the two. It's double action in as much as you pull back for air, then feel the second stage for paint, just like the Neo, but the positioning of the trigger makes it feel like the traditional type. It can take a 0.2mm nozzle and needle for really fine artist work, and right up to 1.2mm for massive coverage. The only thing that would stop you spraying things like large engine parts with this is the fact that it can't take a massive paint cup, but in so far as it works, it really is a do it all solution. Like I said, it looks ridiculous, but when you hold it, it just makes perfect sense and makes you wonder why no one came up with the idea sooner. It works excellently. With a small needle/nozzle, you can spray incredibly fine lines and detail, and then switch out to a larger set and cover immense areas with it. The control is so good, that you can even fit a large set like 0.8mm and still do fine work. I love it. It wasn't cheap, but you can pay a lot more for an airbrush that doesn't do as much as this one can. I can't recommend it enough. The design is such that only a tiny part of it ever needs cleaning. The needle assembly is entirely exposed and separate from the "wet" parts. It's ingenious design.

I bought the Bose in-ears a while ago and after travelling a lot with them, I'm impressed. Music sounds good with a tad too much bass for me, but I'm that guy who likes the Sennheiser HD800.

Oh, just saw the price of the Sennheisers... different target audience, I guess. :)

Been tempted to pick up a disc version recently but I really prefer the slim versions.

No idea when they'll be about though :/

Does that mean you just get a download code for a virtual console?

Me, I got some Tai-Hao PBT dark tunnel, should probably get some better switches the Seasalts I have now I don't really enjoy (47gf liners, they feel more like 35's but with a 2mm actuation point).

I like Tai Hao caps. I have a couple of sets. I like Dark Tunnel, but the kitting is not great if you have something with 1U mods or a vertical nav row. They look great on that though.

Thought I'd pick up a little Meacofan 360 to try and help this year - if it gets above 30/35 again it may just stop me melting.

Managed to grab a b grade one for £50, I don't care if there'll be a few scuffs on it for the sake of twenty quid difference on a new one and it has a two year Meaco warranty in any case.

By all accounts they shift a decent amount and are quiet if I need it in the boudoir.

Meaco fans are top notch. I don’t regret the… er… $totalCostSoFar… I’ve spent on them.

Ha yeah, they're not cheap, especially if they start procreating

Thought I'd test the water with a b-grade small version. I was looking at cheaper things but I learned from dehumidifiers that the cheap ones tend to be cheap for a reason.

Bit the bullet and bought a DD8L and that worked wonders in the loft over the winter, keeping the veluxs completely dry and as a byproduct warming it up to a comfortable temperature. Thought I'd give them a go for a fan too.

Seemed a compromise on price/performance I could live with.

Depending how summer goes (and if I end up wearing it in a horse feeder, walking round with it running it off a power bank) it may get friends.

We've got two 1056P pedestal fans, a 1056 desk fan, and a battery powered 260c fan.

The 260c is an amazing little desk fan, I've been very impressed by it. What also pleases me about it is that the "batteries" it uses are 2x 18650 li-ion cells and, most importantly, they're user accessible - just a small screw holding the battery cover in place on the bottom of the fan. No built-in proprietary nonsense with hard-wired cells glued in place, just a straight swap with a standard and easily obtainable cell. I was already a fan (pun intended) of their products anyway, but that sealed the deal for me.

Now that is interesting, hadn't even looked at the portable ones. If you can whack in your own cells that's very handy.

The fact the 360 is usb powered has me intrigued, will be interesting to see how it performs.

Aye, the pedestal was one I was looking at. I can't say for certain that one won't appear in my house if the 360 impresses and it gets well hot.

Edit: Don't encourage me to buy more before my first one arrives
