for jig saw and circular saw yeah it does and is most likely the reason they discontinued it . but for a trim router table it should be fine. i just need it for grooves and round overs on mdf really.

 

I looked for one of those a year or so back - they were hens teeth, so I gave up.

My latest purchase, a Panasonic DMR-EZ48V VHS-to-DVD combo.

The most expensive water block I have ever bought. Even with the huge discount I got it was still £220 lmao.

 

Bit of a 10Gbe upgrade for the house to prepare for openreach FTTH's impending arrival in my area.
Overall, three Quad port Solarflare PCIe network adapters (which came with 4 HP 10Gbe tranceivers each for £23 apiece!), two Hisource aliexpress switches, a couple of 2.5Gbe cards for and a bunch of pretty aqua fiber patch cables came out to roughly £150 to sort out the house.

I say sort out, I've still got to replace the copper between the servers in the basement and my office with shiny fiber when time allows... But 2.5Gbe is at least 2.5x faster than what I had for the meantime.

Well it's a little over six years since I got the G502 and I've just sold it. I seem to be a creature of habit, once again going to the exact same Currys to try some new gearz, and the G502X really did it for me (in much the same way that the G502 did). However the shelf price of £79 was too steep, and they only had the black one, so Amazon sorted me out with the white one for £59 and it arrived today. I did spend considerable time looking at the two wireless options, roughly £99 for vanilla and £129 for the flagship Plus, and whilst I was tempted by the pretty RGB, it's just a tad bit ridiculous to be spending that kind of money on a mouse IMO.

 

While I agree that those prices are insane, going wireless is a game changer.

 

@perplekks45 did it with a previous mouse which I also sold on this forum (G700s) and am unlikely ever to go back. The convenience of wireless is nice, but being able simply to use a peripheral will always be my preference. I'd happily have forked out more if they offered the wired version with the RGB feature, but even having given wireless serious thought I reminded myself how much I detest it! Truth be told, the pricing of the X is ludicrous, but Logitech knows they can get away with it on the strength of the G502 being the bestselling gaming mouse ever.
