3x Tickets for MCR on 11th July seemed like the right thing to do… resale tickets begrudgingly as having decided we’re going best do it properly and not be up in the gods. (And Tadpole being 13.5 vs 14+ requirement for pitch tickets seemed risky)

Straight into SOAD/QOTSA on the following Monday, too. Going to be an epic, albeit catastrophically expensive weekend.

Remember: it's mandatory that the first label you print says "LABEL MAKER" and is stuck to the machine itself.

Do you not then make a "LABEL MAKER LABEL MAKER" label to stick on yourself?

Can’t help thinking that, if you need to label your label maker, to remind yourself what it is, you’re probably to dim witted to use it anyway…

Managed to do the phone contract shuffle and save a fiver a month while getting a much-needed handset refresh for the missus. Nothing in and a saving every month, perfect.

    Bit more conspicuous consumption...

Sony WH-1000XM5 to replace my venerable Bose QC35 II:

Picked 'em up in Costco £40 cheaper than I was going to pay on Amazon - it means I have a soft case instead of a hard case, but... oh no... however will I manage...

    Lego 42222 Technic Bugatti Chiron:

In my defence, it was £40 and it was right next to the headphones I was already saving £40 on...

    "HOTO" precision electric screwdriver:

Had my eye on it for a while, and the sale at the rainforest knocked it down to £28.

Logitech MX Master 3S - for my OH, personally I can't stand the 'bulging' palm-grip shape:

Logitech G Pro 2 'Lightspeed' - this one is mine...:

    And finally...

Protoss 'Founders Edition' starter set and 3x Zealots for StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game:

There are definitely worse ways to get into addictive plastic crack: I could be buying Games Workshop instead...

Some of the letters are starting to rub off on my Corsair K70 Mk2 (mostly the WSAD keys funnily enough!). It came with some additional gaming caps for those letters and they're really nice for gaming but not so much for typing. So I bought some SteelSeries PrismCaps. They have enough options to replace all the keys (different space bar lengths for example) and if you like RGB light up pretty well at night.

An Anker Solix C200 DC USB power bank with 60W solar panel!

...upon receipt of which I noticed the following warning on its backside:

    anker1.jpg

Anker appears to have forgotten to mention that in its promotional imagery, so I thought I'd help:
