Back to topic got the dspiae drill and drill bits for my model making and ordered some mirrored film for my bedroom windows see if helps reduce the temps even if it's for next year. My neighbour wraps cars for a living and did his windows and his house felt so much cooler.

 

To my surprise and delight, around 4h start to finish, everything works and not even a drip!

so my trusty old route with built in wifi i got for nowt has been playing up and randomly shutting down.

perhaps the replacement is somewhat of an overkill for my needs but i am told its best stuff to get but i did feel dizzy when setting it up no idea what half the options are in the dashboard.
only thing i have todo now is mount the U7pro xgs on the ceiling at some point when it gets cooler too hot to be faffing about on a ladder

Weirdly enough, I can buy this at will, but need a credit card to buy a long reach manual tree pruning pole. Which gives me a laugh imagining the homies threatining to cut a fool up, provided they are more than two metres away (but less than six).

 

8” Meaco “Sefte” fan



Gave my trusty 1056 desk fan and one of our portable 260C fans to my mother yesterday, because the fans she has are terrible and there’s more heat on the way. The 8” Sefte will be a lot more convenient for the room I need it in, especially with it being battery-powered.

@Shirty and @jinq-sea recommended Meaco fans flippin’ ages ago, and every single one we’ve bought has been absolutely worth it. Top marks for replaceable batteries, too. The little 260C fans use a pair of 18650 cells, and the Sefte range supposedly has replaceable batteries.
