Haircut, Starbucks, and a sandwich from Panera. The new Amazon Visa seems to be working :/ I've got the Sigma 150/2.8 macro sitting in the Amazon shopping cart, but I just can't bring myself to click the button. Yet.

Amazon won, finally. Temptation is just unfair, especially when you get $25 off automatically from Visa reward points.

So, the rack o' camera gear will be expanding on Friday, yay two-day shipping:

    Sigma 150mm f/2.8 Macro http://is.gd/fUbM (plus a free 72mm UV filter http://is.gd/fUc9)

8-pack of Eneloop AA rechargeable batteries http://is.gd/fUbY

GorillaPod SLR-Zoom http://is.gd/fUc6 - the little tiny one I got for Xmas just won't cut it for anything larger than a P+S or maybe a flash.

    - A set of electrician's screwdrivers - including test lamp.
    - A couple of sketchbooks (A3, A4 and A5).
    - "Millimeter" paper (I have no idea what you'd call this in English).

    - 500g of sliced gourmet roast beef
    - 1 jar of gurkins
    - 2 red onions
    - 1 loaf of french bread (you know, those meter long baguettes)
    - 1 glass of french mustard

A man can live happily as long as he has roast beef available for lunch!

    ATI 4850, 3 Yate Loon Clear/Red fans, 15 white superbright LED's.

Anyone recommend a rheobus/lcd that can control upwards of 4 fans?

Think I'd better update this, been on a bit of a spree these past few days.

1 set of H4-fit Philips "Xtreme Power" headlights, supposed to be very good, and mine needed changing anyway. £22 online. Not tried 'em in the dark yet, they don't look much different in daylight.

1 Scalextric Digital "Rally Cross" set, comes with 2 cars, one Mitsubishi Evo 7/8/9 and a Bugeyed Subaru Impreza in classic 555 livery (my favourite version) from eBay. Barely used bargain tbh at £40 with some extra bits of track.

Also on eBay I treated m'self to an Aston Martin DBR-9, a Ford Focus WRC (4WD one too!), a Seat Leon WTCC and a Dodge Viper endurance car all for ~£16+pnp each, although I think I'll be selling the Leon, it's a bit boring tbh.
