Logitech G330 Gaming headset. Might not be Roccats, but hot damn they're comfy, and they were the same as Roccat and Razer ear buds with short cables.

A Value pack of those: 2* Coolermaster 80mm Standard Blue LED 80ST3 fans to experiment with XBox cooling. Look like those little 65mm (or whatever the satndard ones in the 360 are) fans push more air... maybe I must incorporate som more airflow - i really DO hate how those little ones sound

Picked up a used D-Link Dl-524 wireless router for the equivalent of 12 quid.
No warranty, but works great, better than the Linksys WRT54G2 I had so far (as in can actually act as just a wifi access point, and not divide my computers into two ip subgroups).
Definitely worth the money, and it looks sexy right next to my D-Link DSL-584T modem router :)

Thinking of picking up a 6db antenna to boost the signal :)

Corsair VX450 - It's not the latest fancy one, but I know from personal experience that it's very, very quiet. :D

A pack of glow in teh dark Scooby Doo models, an Air Guitar, and a toy hamster ball for my Niece's birthday.

A Ben10 DVD Box set and another pack of GITD Scooby Doo Models for my nephew's birthday.

A nice big KATA camera bag that I liked the look of last week for my Alpha (priced in Jacobs for £60 found in Cardiff Camera Centre for £35) which should hold the body + 4 lenses + other peripherals nicely.

you will cry your mother soon enough...

at some point the DHCP will inexplicably stop working over the wireless even though the network itself still works (ie if you set static ip addresses to the wifi card it works)

I had been using mine as an access point only and and used an old linksys for the wan and dhcp job and it worked much better than having just this piece of crap doing it all.

I honestly wish you the best of luck and hope you won't have the same problems

Well, hopefully this won't happen, since the 584T's doing all the DHCP work (the 524 is really just an antenna in this case :D). I could never get my linksys to work in "stupid" mode, nor could I get the modem to work in bridge mode (since my ISP requires a "special" firmware to enable IPTV on it). So I'm happy with this as long as it lasts (and at the price it cost me, I'll be happy with 3 months, tbqh :D)
