Thanks to some money for my birthday and an unexpected bonus at work:

OCZ ModXStream 600W PSU (to replace the chunk of charcoal that was a Tagan PSU)
EVGA 550Ti (to replace my ancient 7800GTX 256Mb, bye bye DX9!)
Akasa 120mm blue case fan thingy (didn't have my old amber ones in stock any more :()
Creative Gigaworks T20 II (thought I'd treat myself to some nice speakers and get rid of the massive sub that gives me no leg room)

After several months of dead PC I'm finally back in business :D

Pro-tip: When your rear case fan seizes up, don't be lazy and keep it in there.

Not a purchase of mine, but I ordered Mum a new contract with a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 yesterday. I've been setting it up for her this morning - quite a nice phone I have to say. Full of features, great screen, brilliant camera, nippy performance, lots of storage (I have an 8GB mSD in it) and best of all, brilliant OS. I'd reccommend it to anyone - even though it's not my cup of tea, she's very happy with it :thumb:

And yes, after 5 years it seems I might be an iPhone fanboy after all :p Just kidding, I've used a few Galaxy SIIs now and have to say they are an amazing device :)
