    Let me see.

    I bought an electric motor, speaker switch, new power and video cables for my projector, a new mouse, and some RC tyres in the last week.

    As do I, but all the GCSE kids nabbed all the summer jobs before I managed to get back :(

    Yeah it takes a bit of time to get used to, I recommend you grab the demo (if it has an online part to it) and give it another bash and see if you like it when you get used to it. I find it's a lot better than most shooters which just turn into a "my gun is better that yours" contest. In this game it's more of;

    "Haha my gun is better than yours"
    "I'm getting the **** out of here then, bye" *summon monster and teleport away*

    Apparantly the online stuff takes ages to get games from reports.

    Yeah it can do, sometimes it's quick, sometimes it takes a while, but once you get in you can stick with that game until host quits (which is usually a few hours) since you can stay with the group for more than one match.

    Theres no kind of ranking like Halo 2, which is to deter stat padders and cheaters which is cool, it's refreshing playing for the sake of playing, usually I get really drawn into ranks and all that stuff if they include it into a game. The community is also really good, most people I've played with are really helpful and polite.

    42" Toshiba Regza X 42X3030D [1080p) LCD TV... [IMG]

    And a Jual JF001/BB Corner Support to set it on... [IMG]

    Specs include: Full 1080p (1920 x 1080). "Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 6000:1" (I believe it's something like 1600:1 in reality?). 500cd/m². Freeview Digital Tuner + Analogue Tuner.
    2x HDMI [1.3]!! 2x Scart. 20w (2x10w) SRS WOW Surround Sound.

    Here's what Trusted Reviews had to say about the TV in their 11th May 2007 review:

    I can finally play my 360 games in all their glory - rather than the 720p/1080i I've been used to :hip: :rock:
