Same ... I think I haven't played 75% of the games I bought during Steam sales :wallbash:

I've played most of the ones I've been interested in.

My failing is the 'complete packs' - when I'm interested in two games in a pack, and the pack is the same or cheaper than just buying those two games... I buy the pack. This results in quite a number of games I 'own' but have no intention, or wish, to play.

I see. My issue is more the time being left when I'm not taking care of the kids :D. It' enough to play Monkey Island 1 & 2 (enhanced graphic version), but I have to admit that I'm nostalgic of the Amiga version graphics.

You can press a button at any point in the game to see the same scene from the old amiga version.

    Haha, aye.

I didn't say I've completed 'em all, just played. If there's one thing that buying games for <£5 has done, it's made me less grumpy about declaring, "Well, this was crap" and never touching it again. :sigh: :hehe: I rarely buy stuff at full price any more, because with what little time I have to game now, I do not wish to waste it on a game I do not enjoy. ;)

    ...

edit: GOG.com has put their weekend deal up: Activision Greats. Had to buy King's Quest/Space Quest and the Gabriel Knight games to see if they hold up to my memories of them.

I do wish GOG would get Discworld, Discworld 2 and Discworld Noir on there, though.

Good deal except it won't accept my credit card for some unbeknown reason and it now won't let me delete it which is just terrible. I hate having my details stored on sites with no option to remove.

I can recommend the game, it's probably not what you'd expect and fairly short, but very much worth it.

GMG is currently running a number of promotions including 25% off all download titles (excluding Xcom).

A number of at least half decent titles are under a pound, including Men of War: Red Tide, Defcon: everybody dies and NecroVisioN: Lost Company all for 0.49p. Add the 25% off voucher and you can pick up each title for 37p.

Strange. Maybe add a debit card? That should work and will over write the credit card details. First thing I did before ordering was to update the billing details as my credit card expired.

If all else fails and you don't want your details stored just add a card and change a few digits.

That is what I've heard myself.

I wonder if the trade in price for those games is done before the voucher reduction or after. If it is before then that would be a good way to get some money off future purchases.

As far as I am aware you run the game, and go to Downloadable Content and use the code there.

My game isnt a steam version so cannot confirm this though.
