Yes I'd say so if you enjoy that style of gameplay.

If you like that style of game then I would say 100% yes, think it's a great game personally :)

Good fun on your own and with others.

I'm not in the UK so I get shown US prices which I then do an exchange rate on for you good folks here, unfortunately its not always right as they change the price depending on region.

I bought it and as usual Uplay in an ass but managed to get it running so I shall have a little play today.

Very true - I'm tempted even though I'm currently very addicted to Kerbal Space Program

Ah right - thanks for the heads up :)

Long-time lurker 1st 6th time poster. Apologies if any of these have already been posted.

£3.79 for two copies of Frozen Synapse (Steam).
Was £18.99. Not the lowest ever price (£1.99) but the best price for two copies.

£5.95 The Secret World (key/digital download) at Games Rocket.
Was £24.99. Lowest ever price according to http://isthereanydeal.com. I've never played it, but a couple of friends said it has some of the best story writing of any MMO.

£3.00 Remember Me (Steam) at GMG .
Was £19.99, Currently £3.99 without voucher: SEPTEM-BEROFF-ER25XX (valid until 16:00 UTC 26th Sep). Lowest ever price according to http://isthereanydeal.com. Had some pretty harsh criticism at release, but I've generally read mixed reviews and it looks like it might have tried to do enough to warrant a play through... for £3 anyway!

£10.05 Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (UPlay) at GMG .
Was £19.99, Currently £13.99 without voucher: SEPTEM-BEROFF-ER25XX (valid until 16:00 UTC 26th Sep). Not the lowest ever price (£8.49) but close.

Quite a few other deals on at GMG at the moment that the code can be used with, including the Assassin's Creed franchise.

The games claustrophobic environment and scares wear thin after a while. The best way to play the game is in 3 hour bursts in a dark room. That stops you getting used to it. Though you will soon start to expect when something is going to appear behind you, or crawl out of a nearby vent.

I'd love to play it on an Oculus Rift though. I think that might actually reduce one to wetting themselves.

You couldn't say many, but there are a some (including me).
It's hardly busy but there's usually a game available except quiet times, or if you create a game someone will usually join before long.

If you like pool it's well worth 69p IMO. It's not perfect but the general feel (without aim lines at least) is nice. And that's less than one game of pool in a lot of pubs these days :)

most places around me are 50p a game of pool, went to surrey not so long back and was shocked to see pubs charging £1 - £1.50 a game.

Might check it out, be something to play on the laptop
