Yeah I got one in a sale and then got stung by their outrageous shipping charge. By the time I'd come to pay for it I had already sold off the lounge gaming PC, so I was kinda committed.

£7.50 for a teeny-tiny sodding box. It should be hand-delivered and presented on a silk cushion for that sodding money.

Just applied for a refund from Steam and when that comes through I will buy from Game.

Edit Refund came through from Steam, bought from Game saved £7.40. Job done.

    Excellent :thumb:.

This is why I've also got the "Hardware Bargains" thread subscribed. There are cross-over cases like this that don't always make it from one thread to the other.

On the off-chance that anyone read the Bit-Tech review of DARK and thought, "There's no way that a game can be that bad... is there?" but wanted to wait until it was cheap...

It's £2.49 on Humble Store for the next 26 hours.

I've not bought it. But I saw it and thought, "Wasn't that the promising-in-previews vampire game that Bit reviewed and said was appalling?"

Trying to decide whether I want to waste a few hours. I mean, nothing can be that bad, right?

Just noticed there's a sale on at Origin with lots of big discounts.

I'm tempted by Crysis 3 for £1.99 but I already have lots of games I don't/haven't yet played. What's the multiplayer like, is it any good?

If you haven't played it yet then South Park: the stick of truth is going for just over £6 on Steam atm. More than worth it.

Humble Monthly has Dirt Rally and Inside (plus a load of other stuff to be announced later) for $12, think that'll be the cheapest Dirt Rally has been and will be for quite a while yet.
