Modding LCD Displays

    I've been looking round and I quite fancy an LCD display for my MP3 juke box (just a small one to display track details etc) I want it as cheap as possible. I've looked about but they all seem to be either expenseive and built into a drive bay (which I could do with out) or sold in many pieces (and I'm not sure what I need!!)

    I'm reasonably technically competant so I don't nessacarilly need a "plug and play" solution but some clear instuctions would be nice

    I'm based in the UK so a supplier here would be nice

    Thanks!!! I've spent most of the day trawling the boards/ the internet looking for something like that *can't see the wood for the tree's*

    Anyway I think I'm gonna try and build a parrellel one from bits from maplin.... souldn't cost more than £15 for a little one :D

    Good plan. Have a look at farnell though, their LCD prices for anything bugger than a 16x2 are cheaper (and their catalogue is free too!) :)
