Modding LCD Help

    Well i have an lcd that im going to use on my next mod. But thats not the problem as i have carefully maped out the wires. So the hardware is not the problems. I just need software that will forward images on to the lcd withought using my desktop background as the lcd background. Also I want it to play visualizations independetly of the winamp app being minimised or maximised.

    No worries. You just need some software designed to exploit dual monitor set-ups, such as e.g. Ultramon or Maxivista. There are several; just Google for Dual Monitor Software. They're all pretty similar but all have their own strenghts and weaknesses. I also gather that Ati makes a similar bit of software for their own range of graphic cards.

    if i bought a second PCI graphics card wld this allow me to give different outputs to each screen ?

    Yes, but again with the aforementioned software. Both cards are controlled by the same OS after all, so effectively it's no different from having a single dual-output card.

    i thought that it wasent possible to run more than one graphics card in one comptuer
