Electronics LCD [Optrex DMC-50461N]

    Hi,

    i have a Optrex DMC-50461N, wich i cant seem to find any information about (neither sheets nor simple pin specs, and the dont have it on their homepage). Does somebody know anything about that type of LCD? (it has 5/6 pins and 6 buttons and i have unmounted it from a Lexmark Laserprinter)

    Welcome to the boards! Member 3000 too, man you're special ;)

    Now to your questions... doesn't sound good, sounds like it uses a custom controller, the likes of which won't be easy to speak to :(

    I'll have a browse 'round for you though ;)

    i think its a costum one... and it seems that only 5 of the 6 legs are used. :D
