I am sick to death of the noise coming out of my PC and am going to do something about it (not to mention clock the little blighter a tad). First stop is replacing my Leadtek 250 Ti4400 with a Vantec Iceberq 4 Pro. I've read good reviews, and want to clock it a bit (the new Coolermaster CoolViva is looking attractive though) and I think that over the last couple of years, the stock Leadtek heatsinks have degraded more than a tad.

Anyone had good/bad experiences with the huge alu heatsink that Leadtek put on the GF4-Ti series? Is it worth me getting a new cooler?

    Thanks chaps...

Hi, i replaced the heatsink on mine with one of those zalman heatpipe ones. (the blue). taking the heatsink of just involves 4 plastic push-through thingys. Something any pliers will do for you. I have no experience with overclocking, the only game i play once a month is nfsu, so no need there.

    In short: easypiecy
