Modding LED Brightness

    i have 10 8000mcd blue sunbeam LEDS in my comp. they light up pretty good... there are also some blue LED's on the fan on the graphics card.. (ati 9800 hercules)

    Linear - yeah I know. I meant its more complicated than the straight resistor in line with an led to limit current.

    I have no problems with bright leds - just if I need to look at them or they will be flashing a lot on the front of a case. It can get distracting when gaming or doing other stuff like watching a movie.

    Anyone know any good online places to find blue leds in a wide range of brightnesses? I usually shop at www.eled.com (I'm in the US). Not sure if I can find cheaper.

    i don't cnow anything about this site... but they seen to have lots of LEDS.. hehe :p
