I have constructed the circuit here http://www.bit-tech.net/article/82/4 ,but have problems.I set the resistance to them shown and hooked up but no work properly. LED 8 ,9 and 10 do not work.In dot mode they do not light at all ,the light go's from 1-7 and back.In bar mode in go's from 1-7 and back ,with 8 and 9 constantly lit and 10 out . Leds are fine ,what the problem ,which setting do I need to adjust ,have it working fine with 1-7 going back and fourth as I like ,but want all 10.
Ok I done some more testing and all leds are fine ,it's just I can't get resistance set up. No matter how I adjust vr2 and vr3 and can only get all but 3 leds lit . I have alll but 1 ,2 and 3 lit ,all but 8,9 and 10 and all but ,1 ,8 and 9. What am I doing wrong .
