how quickly do LEDs drain battery power? if i wanted to add LEDs to a wireless battery powered keyboard, would it noticeably empty battery power faster? or would it have almost as good battery life?
LEDs take very little power, but I'm not sure relative to a keyboard. I doubt it would hurt battery life a ton. You may wanna think about a small toggle switch just in case.
Definite no-no. leds are power efficent, but most normal wireless keyboards use 2 or 3 AA batteries. one led, on all the time, could drain those in the order of a few days.
