Looks good, only change the electrical tape out for hot melt glue... It is a lot better at holding, and won't turn to a gooey, furry nightmare after a couple months.

    Very nice, good job

 Add more and hook up them up to power transitors with the bases to a 555 IC timer on astable mode so they will strobe under your case.

    Nice LEDness :D

would be better if they where all the same colour or in some sort of a pattern, instead of the apparent randomness (which is cool at first but could get very annoying)

You should try having a 12" CCFL under your case, its SO much nicer :D

(Check my plog on the 11th of Jan for pics :p)

nice, and i agree with Xiachunyi. Strobing would be interesting to see. Prolly get annoying after a while tho...

Like Bsodmike said, a 12" CCFL would be even better (see: brighter), and would save a lot of soldering. Nice job, though. Just go with a less random scheme and all will be good.

I love modding with LEDs too - changed all the case lights to bl00 on my old case...

and planning a black and red theme for my new case with red LEDs if I ever get the motivation and the time to go thru with it.

I'll go with the suggestion that's already been mentioned - about using hot glue instead of elec tape to secure those LEDs to the bottom of your case. Would be worthwhile tidying up the wiring too?!

Rather than strobing, fading back and forth between the red and blue would be neat also.
