Do you have your cables behind the side panel? Could they be causing it to stick out?

I've had 3 Lian Li cases now, and not one has done that. Anything behind the mobo tray catching on it?

I only have my case button cables and pci-e power ones routed around the back (so only thin ones - no thick atx power). I took the panel off and checked these were not pushing it out. I am really disappointed with it, I was not expecting this from lian li. It is noticeably more out in the middle than the top, I was expecting it to be completely flush with the front panel. Do you think I should send it back? I'm not sure it's worth the hassle, I am not paying postage because it will be a lot. I bought it from ukdvdr, do you think they will arrange for a courier to pick it up?

Try pushing it in? Make sure it's sitting in all the "rails" properly. Or was it like that before you first took it apart?
