hi i have just purchased a pc1000b case, and put in my globalwin psu http://www.globalwin.com.tw/products/power/420w-p4.html , it does just fit in, but it only has an intake fan on the front of the psu, and nothing on the bottem of it, in this case there is a mesh under the psu to draw air into it, and the intake fan on my psu is abouthalf a cm away from a alu wall, is this enuf room to allow this psu to work, or woudl i be advised to sell this and buy one that has a fan on the bottom? thxs
If i get this right; the intake fan is blocked, but not the exhaust fan, and it has a mesh on the bottom, it shouldn`t be a problem. If in doubt, you could mod the intake fan to fit where the mesh is instead!
