Modding Lian Li Window and Case Rivets

    If you drill out the rivets of the factory made window and replace with bolts - should you use bolts smaller than the actual hole size so it just goes thru w/o threading and just tighten it all down with nuts?

    the SCREWS i used actually thread in, otherwise they would fall out. If you use a bolt and nut, then make it slightly smaller. Otherwise you'll have a hard time threading it in...

    I figured I would go ahead and show a picture of the screws I used to replace the rivets. They are these:

    Like I said, I got them from some leftovers from some case or other I put together. May have even come in the lian li hard ware box.

    As far as bolts for the window, yes probably slightly smaller than the rivet holes so that you can easily slide them in. I only have a solid panel, no window (but soon... :dremel: ) so I can't give you any pictures of that.
